Lunch:
• 4 – 6 ounces of grilled salmon or the tuna packed in the spring water
• 2 cups of romaine lettuce
• 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil & freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 oz. cantaloupe or 1/4 cup of fresh berries
• At least 8 – 12 ounces of spring water
The amount of water intake may be more depending on your needs. If you’re a water drinker, then better. Remember to follow the 3 day facelift diet strictly to make sure you see the best results.
